Cancellation Policy
At Alethea Wellness, we understand that life can be unpredictable and that plans can change. However, when you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with sufficient notice so that we can offer that time to another client in need.
We respectfully ask that you give 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule your appointments.
Cancellation Fees
The first appointment that is cancelled within 24 hours notice is on us. We understand things can change quickly.
The second time this happens the client will be invoiced for 50% of the service charge.
The third time this happens the client will be invoiced 100% of the service charge.
